RUSH: All right, so everybody’s asking me, ‘Rush, what should I do? What should I do? I knew this was probably going to happen, but what do I do?’ Well, here’s what happened. Watch this. This is this morning in Las Vegas on a television station in Boulder City, a voter in Nevada, Joyce Ferrara said this about problems she had when she went in to early vote.

FERRARA: I shoved my card in, and when I looked at the screen, the screen had already — was cast, checked in the circle for Harry Reid.

RUSH: So this woman goes in to vote — and it’s happening to a lot of people in Nevada going in to early vote and they are checking off their candidate, and it’s not Harry Reid, and then it shows up on the screen as though they have voted for Harry Reid. And this is happening in North Carolina. In New Bern, North Carolina, a lot of places around the country, reports are starting to trickle in that early voting cheating has already begun. So what do you do? What do you do when this happens? The only thing I can think of is to call the New Black Panther Party for help. These are the experts, ladies and gentlemen, at running fraudulent elections, and they have the imprimatur of the Justice Department. They’re not charged with any crimes when they engage in this kind of stuff.

Seriously, this is starting to pop up all over the place. The Democrats do not have one issue on which they can run with pride and say, ‘Look what we accomplished.’ Nothing. All they can do is cheat. All they can do is intimidate. This is why registering the vote is so important to Democrats. This is why it’s number one to them. When you register you basically give them everything they need to know plus your signature, to vote for them. So be on the lookout for this, not just when you’re early voting, but when you vote, period. And again, this woman, Joyce Ferrara, this is Las Vegas, ‘I shoved my card in, and when I looked at the screen, the screen was already checked in the circle for Harry Reid.’

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: To the phones we go. This is Ron in Sarasota, Florida. I’m glad that you called, sir. Welcome to the EIB Network.

CALLER: Well, thank you very much, Rush. It’s a real honor to speak to you.

RUSH: You bet.

CALLER: Just a real quick note on that punishment for the Governator. It sounds to me like something he said where he was Conan the Barbarian in his first movie, Barack Obama’s ‘punish the enemy’ statement, something that ended with his meaning the life ‘leaving the women l-lamentation,’ the losses or something like to that effect. You know, Barack being tough. Anyway, (garbled) here in Florida, and I have an interesting statement about the early voting, absentee voting that’s going on here. My daughter received an absentee vote. (sic) She goes to University of Florida, and I’m about 200 miles south of here in Sarasota, and she came back, and she asked me to hand deliver it to my, uh, election bureau, which I did. I handed it to the woman. And for whatever reason (the ballot box was only about five or six feet away from her) she just kind of punched — punched the touch screen, looked at something, just put the ballot down. So I said, ‘You know what, I have nothing to do today.’

RUSH: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Hold it a minute here. I have never early voted or absentee voted, so I don’t understand this.

CALLER: Okay.

RUSH: You’re taking your daughter’s absentee vote in and somebody registers it, punches it in at that point?

CALLER: No, no. What happened was… I don’t know… She was supposed to take the absentee ballot, get up, walk over the four or five feet away to the ballot box and just drop it in. Now, I’m not saying anything — she was doing anything wrong. She might have been just busy at that time. I handed her the ballot but I just wanted to sit there and watch and I waited a minute, two, three; and then she looks at me, and says, ‘Can I help you?’ And I said, ‘Yeah. I’m waiting to watch you pick up the… You know, watch you put it in the ballot box,’ and she looked at me, looked at her coworker, gave a little huff… You know, I’m not accusing her of doing any wrongdoing, she might have been busy or something, but just kind of coincide — uhhh, curious that it took her —

RUSH: Wait a minute, now. It says up here that your call is about somebody early voted and that Crist’s name was checked.

CALLER: Oh, this… Right. That was me. This is a second example, me. What happened was for me was I went to early vote. This is not absentee ballot. My daughter was an absentee ballot; I was an early voter. So what they do is they check me in, they look to make sure I’m registered and what have you, and they hit the printer button and out they print a ballot. So I get my… I did this with my wife. I’m a registered Republican.

RUSH: Right.

CALLER: Uh, I don’t know if that means anything in this case or not but that’s what it was. I looked at the box to check who was gonna vote for Senate, and in the Charlie Crist box it seemed to be a blemish or an imperfection or a discoloration, what have you, right in the Charlie Crist box. So I brought it back to the monitor, and I said, ‘If I vote this, it’s possible that my vote will be tossed out,’ and she looked at it, and she kind of shook her head. It didn’t really look like it was surprising her, like this has happened before. So they destroyed the ballot, they gave me a new one, and that ballot was fine. But it just was very coincidental that the whole ballot was — again, very clear, everything was — very nice except for the fact that in the Charlie Crist oval it seemed to be dark. It was dark. It was definitely dark and there was no doubt about it. I showed my wife and she agreed that I should have the ballot taken back and destroyed.

RUSH: Well, good for you. It’s a smart thing to do because a looked like it had been tampered with; that was the smart thing to do. It’s a good piece of advice for everybody because we got reports this is happening in Nevada with people trying to vote for Sharron Angle and the ballot’s already marked for Harry Reid. In North Carolina, the same thing is happening there. We know that Democrat vote fraud is prevalent. It’s studied. It is practiced. We know that that’s pretty much all they have to hang their hats on. Because, again, I think it’s important to point out: There’s not one thing that they can run on saying, ‘Vote for us because of what we’ve done.’

Not one element of anything in the Democrat Party agenda is something they can run on and say, ‘Relect me,’ or, ‘Elect me because I support this.’ Now, I also find it funny, even if it was unintentional. Even if it was unintentional, you still open a ballot, a blemish on the ballot for Charlie Crist and the caller’s in Florida? Charlie Crist is a blemish. It’s understandable. Now, the worker probably has nothing to do with any of this. If this kind of fraud’s going on, these are just… The vote fraudsters are not gonna rely on the people at the front desk, the stuffers. They’re not going to. It’s gonna go much deeper than that, the fraud. It doesn’t sound like that’s what was going on here.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: Vote fraud. How does it happen? Yesterday afternoon Andrea Mitchell, NBC News, Washington, on her MSNBC show talking to congressman and the Democrat Party chairman of Philadelphia, Bob Brady, said, ‘What is the secret here to turnout? I mean in the old days, in the old machine days, it used to be what we call walking-around money, handing out money to people to get people to the voting place. Is that still the case? What do you do, what’s the magic of the Democrat machine in Philadelphia?’

BRADY: We still have the street money, and we’re very knowledgeable. And we pay attention, and Democrats surge, we surge toward the end. That’s why our polls have been surging upward and once a surge goes upward it doesn’t go backwards.

RUSH: Okay, so that’s the guy running the show in Philadelphia. Andrea Mitchell realizes here she’s just stepped in it, ‘basically you’re buying votes, right, walking-around money.’ ‘Oh, yeah, we still have that.’ She said, ‘You used to have walking around money.’ ‘Oh, no, we still got walking-around money.’ So Andrea Mitchell, ‘Well, I gotta fix this,’ and so here’s how she did it.

MITCHELL: One quick question. We talked about street money, walking-around money, whatever you want to call it. What actually does that buy?

BRADY: What the street money does is give our committee people, gives them resources to put people to work on the polls. They go out, they knock on doors, they get their street list, they check who did vote, who didn’t vote. It’s extremely effective, as it’s always been. And it will be extremely effective come Tuesday.

MITCHELL: So just to clarify, you’re not buying votes. You’re paying people to go out and knock on doors and get people to the polls?

BRADY: We’re paying people to work on Election Day, as we always do.

RUSH: Yeah. (laughing) So putting people to work at the polls. Putting people to work means buying cigarettes and buying gift cards, is that what this means? Here’s 50 bucks, go to work at the polls. Here’s 50 bucks, go knock on doors. Yeah, right. It’s all stimulus money from Obama’s stash anyway, I mean that’s where the walking-around money is coming from, make no doubt.
