RUSH: Ted Cruz says that Obama is abusing his power. Grab audio sound bite number 17. This is Monday night on Fusion television’s premier episode of America with Jorge Ramos. They interviewed Ted Cruz, and Ramos says, “You think Obama has been abusing his power?”
CRUZ: I think he has absolutely been abusing his power — and when you have a president who says, “Regardless of whether Congress acts, I’m gonna force my agenda on the American people,” that’s wrong. That’s not consistent with our constitutional protections.
RUSH: And, sadly, he’s right. He’s exactly right, and he’s the only one in our party that’s saying it. The only one.
