RUSH: Speaking of Rudy, I have sound bites here from Rudy, a speech he made in Phoenix on February 13th. This is not the “21” speech last week. This is February 13th, a Friday, and Rudy called Obama a moron and said Netanyahu is a leader who fights for his people, unlike our president. The media started noticing this one after the “21” speech surfaced last week. Let’s listen.

GIULIANI: The president reformer who runs Iran, Rouhani, in ’90, in ’03, and ’05 continued to enrich uranium while they had a standstill agreement with us. He did it secretly, and bragged about it, and we’re negotiating with them! This is like playing poker with a guy who cheated you twice before. You know who does that? A moron! (edited cheers and applause). An agreement with Iran with regard to nuclear power should be very simple. Iran should not be allowed to have any form of nuclear power. (applause)

RUSH: All right. All right, now, speaking of that, there’s a piece by the AP today, and it looks like we have an agreement with them to allow Iran to phase in development of a nuclear weapon over the next 10 years. “The United States and Iran are working on a two-phase deal that clamps down on Tehran’s nuclear program for at least a decade before providing it leeway over the remainder of the agreement to slowly ramp up activities that could be used to make weapons.”

So we’ve got a 10-year supposed moratorium. After that, the Iranians can go ahead and develop a nuke all they want. That’s the agreement AP is reporting that we have today. And as Rudy said, anybody who would do that is a moron. Next bite, Rudy, again in Phoenix on February 13th, compares Obama to the prime minister of Israel.

GIULIANI: We are upset that Prime Minister Netanyahu wants to come here and defend his country? When I was mayor of New York and someone threatened me, someone threatened to destroy New York City, I would go anywhere, anyplace, any time, and I wouldn’t give a damn what the president of the United States thought, to defend my country. That is a patriot! That’s a man who loves his people! That’s a man who protects his people! That’s a man who fights for his people, unlike our president!

RUSH: See, this is right on the money, folks. It’s just as right on the money as the “21” speech, and they’re just glomming on to this. Here is the big finish.

GIULIANI: I am never going to have my 10 close friends that I lost on September 11th who were killed by Islamic extremists and terrorists. I’m never gonna have them ever again. And I’m never gonna have my 343 firefighters, never gonna have them ever again. We can’t bring them back, but we can make sure there aren’t more of them. This president isn’t doing it. This president is moving us in a much worse and really frightening — And Congress must stop it, and the people must stand up and say, “No, no, no, we will not sell out to Iran the way Chamberlain sold out to Hitler! No!”

RUSH: Rudy Giuliani on February 13th, again, not the “21” speech. “You gonna condemn Rudy for what he said?” What did he say? “He said we –” No, no, I wasn’t there. People in New York talk a lot. Leave me alone.
