RUSH: No, no. I believe Ryan is telling the truth. He’s resigning, retiring actually, for time at home with his kids, tired of being a weekend dad. I think he’s also frustrated as hell with the Senate. 

I think you talk to Ryan he’s very proud of what they’ve done in the House. Just nobody knows about it ’cause it gets shut down and obstructed in the Senate and I think he’s tired of beating his head against the wall.
