RUSH: Some news just in. Supreme Court Justice Ruth “Buzzi” Ginsburg has had lung surgery this morning, cancerous nodules removed. That is the extent of my knowledge now. There’s probably more to it, but I haven’t had a chance to click on any links to get details. It was a short commercial break. Well, it was short in terms of trying to gather information. The media is gonna freak over this. (chuckles) I mean, it’s almost punishment. They’re having trouble dealing with somebody that refuses to simply play by their rules and let them act like they continue to run the town and won.

That’s really what this is all about. They’ve been trying to deny the election results of 2016, and they’ve been trying — with the media and the Democrat Party — to produce news out of that town each day as though Trump really didn’t win and is not legitimate for a number of reasons, and they’re beside themselves that they haven’t been able to stop him. They haven’t been able to correct him. They haven’t been able to slow him down, turn him, change his direction more in line with theirs, as epitomized by yesterday where Mattis quits over Trump’s withdrawal from Syria.

They’re all thinking we’re gonna die because of that, as though there isn’t anybody else that can now become secretary of defense. There’s nobody else! James Clapper was on CNN (impression), “America is less safe today because Mad Dog Mattis is leaving.” He’s not leaving ’til February! He’s still there, for crying out loud! (impression) “Mad Dog Mattis is making America… His departure… Americans should all know that they are less safe.” Come on! Give us a break. America’s at risk because of the out-of-control DOJ and FBI leadership! Now, you add to this that Ruth “Buzzi” Ginsburg has had lung surgery today to remove cancerous nodules and they’re not…

I don’t know that they’re gonna be able to digest all this and maintain any sense of balance, folks!

We’ll have the keep a sharp eye.
