RUSH: Beto O’Rourke entered the presidential race as a “political phenomenon,” after losing a senate race to Ted Cruz in Texas. He was known for leaping on tables in a single bound, to address big crowds.

Now? According to the media, Beto’s buzz has evaporated. He fizzled. Beto is just another face in the Democrat presidential-wannabe crowd chasing Joe Bite-Me and Crazy Bernie.

But Beto has a plan, folks. For the last few weeks, he’s deliberately entered a “quiet period,” same kind of “quiet period” he entered after losing to Cruz. It’s a self-imposed timeout. He’s been building up his campaign infrastructure, and now he’s almost ready.

That’s right, we’re about to see Beto 2.0! After weeks near the bottom of the political heap, Beto O’Rourke will once again present himself to American voters, from the bottom of the heap. He’s going to have revitalized powers, supposedly. But he’s still going to be at the bottom of the heap. Which is where losers always are.

Beto’s quiet period is officially over this week. His campaign strategy calls for a media blitz, the bottom of the heap.

So after all this time, America will finally see what it looks like to see a democrat at the bottom of the heap. Thinking he can win again, after never done so.
