RUSH: This is about real substance, a disastrous Obamacare decision, and apparently it hasn't sunk in yet in the Republican establishment how outrageously bad this is.

RUSH: The Democrats asked for a mandate that would allow them to tell us what we have to buy or don't buy -- and penalize us, tax us, whatever. Forget the penalty. Forget the tax. Think about just that.

RUSH: The Romney camp has got to realize that this election is not about him. This election is made to order to make Barack Obama the focal point of every aspect of the campaign. Because it is Barack Obama who has led us to this precarious position that we are now all in, and it's only going to get worse with more of Obama.

RUSH: Just the fact, folks, that we are talking about health care this way ought to be enough to tell all of you that you don't want to any part of it. All you want to do is go to the doctor when you need to.

RUSH: Barack Obama and his policies have so destroyed the employment picture in this country, people have burned through their 99 weeks of unemployment. There are no job prospects. Nobody's hiring full time, to speak of. And so this program exists, and people are signing up.

RUSH: The reason why we're debating this is because there are people who want to make your decisions for you.

RUSH: If the election were today, it would be a landslide defeat for Obama, and I don't care who Romney picks as his veep. It isn't gonna matter.

CALLER: I think you are providing a free universal health care system by having your program every day. It's my anti-depressant, it's everything!

RUSH: Well, you know what? Kathy, hang on. Hang on. I'm gonna send you two cases of your favorite flavor of tea and a Premium Patriotic Gift Set.

RUSH: Yes, of course I was kidding about the women's vote. The guy was talking about the problem with the 18-year-old vote. I was just making a joke, and I told him I was kidding.

RUSH: You know why the fires are raging out of control? I don't know what started 'em, but the environmentalist wackos won't let anybody go in there and clear the deadwood out. So forests in this country remain tinderboxes.

RUSH: I, as you know, predicted this, but I am way off in the number of years I thought this was gonna take.

RUSH: Obama never expected Obamacare to be implemented the way he said it would be. You're not gonna keep your doctor or your plan. He lied to everybody. He doesn't care.
