RUSH: Well, the latest episode of Trump-hate comes from the Houston area. Kellye Burke, a West University Place councilwoman, yelled at a group of teenage girls because one of them wore a Trump T-Shirt.

The teenagers were in a checkout line at Tiny’s Milk and Cookies when they were approached by Burke, who screamed, “Grab ’em by the p[word].” When she screamed it again, the girls were afraid the woman was about to go postal.

And then Burke yelled, “MAGA! MAGA! MAGA!” She was shaking her fist at the “Make America Great Again” shirt that one of the girls was wearing.

Now, the Harris County constable’s office has filed a Class-C misdemeanor charge against Councilwoman Burke for disorderly conduct. When a reporter arrived at her house to get a comment, Burke yelled at him! She told him to get lost because she was putting her kids to bed.

Councilwoman Burke later issued an “apology” blaming Donald Trump. Through her lawyer, she said, “I do not believe repeating the words of the President of the United States is a crime. However, I will apologize again on behalf of myself, the president of the United States, and all the media outlets who repeated his words both electronically and in print.”

Ms. Burke belongs to an organization called Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America. I guess it’s a good thing she didn’t have one with her, maybe. Can you believe the p-word really ticks her off that much? Why?
