RUSH:  This editorial manages to assume every false premise, every lie the Democrats are putting out in this payroll tax debate.  That's really shocking to me.

RUSH: One of the toughest decisions he's ever faced in his presidency, and the decision is -- dadelut dadelut dadelut dadelut -- whether to go to Hawaii for his Christmas vacation!

RUSH: The app is called Vocal.  It's just released today.  I have been experimenting with it.  I have been playing with it.  The thing is amazing.

RUSH: At the very least, make Obama explain how he's not one.  Don't let him get away with not even having to defend it, for crying out loud.  Folks, I want to rip my hair out over this kind of stuff, I really do.  And I don't have that much left to rip out. 

RUSH:  Mr. Newt just sent me an e-mail. It says: "Urgent from Newt. I am with Boehner on the payroll tax fight. I am against Obama." Signed, Newt.

BEGALA:  It's been their stated policy for quite some time.  Their pope and prophet and Buddha, Rush Limbaugh, began his presidency saying he hopes President Obama fails, so forgive me if I look at this economic sabotage that the Republicans have been committing now for quite some time and think that maybe they have a strategy here.

RUSH:  If the Republicans want this tax cut extended, then they ought to fight to actually extend it for a year. Two months doesn't do anything. 

CALLER: Since he became president I lost 20 employees. I had to lay 20 people off.

RUSH: You got people crying in the street, pounding the pavement in North Korea because Kim Jong-dead is dead.  Imagine what it would be like if I were no longer on the radio here.

RUSH: I told you yesterday, did I not, get ready for this onslaught. 

RUSH: I know that if Rick Santorum were elected president, I wouldn't have one doubt any day what he would be fighting for, not one. 

RUSH: Do you ever hear the Democrats pulling back from their attacks on us?  You ever wonder why the independents never get mad at Democrats for saying personal, untrue things about us?

CALLER: Hey, I just wanted to say I love it when you don't stick to the issues.
