Liberals demand that courts second-guess every aspect of the private sector; they adore litigation but now they want immunity for universities?

RUSH: President Obama has demonstrably failed here in his most basic responsibility, to keep Americans safe who are in harm's way.  This is a major breaking story. 

RUSH: The families of the four.  It's not about politics to them.  None of this is about politics to them.  It's about honor, it's about integrity, and the obvious lack of that in high leadership positions in our government. 

RUSH: I don't need any conspiracy theory.  The facts alone here that we know are sufficient.  Folks, I have known since January 16th of 2009 that we were headed for trouble.

RUSH: This is the kind of thing that you do in desperation when you don't have an agenda, when you don't have anything positive to say about yourself.  This is exploitative.

RUSH: Madison, Wisconsin is San Francisco of the Midwest.  It's 49-49.  In 2008, Obama carried Wisconsin 56-42.  Obama won by 14 points four years ago.

  RUSH: A $500 trillion tax cut.  It's beyond the realm of possibility.  It's beyond the realm of reality.  I don't know.  The reason that I find it hard to say that this is an example of Biden losing it is because I think he did that a long time. 

RUSH: If you find this hard to believe, "Well, I do, Rush, because it's the military." The military is politicized just like anything. Remember the GOP.  What is the primary reason the Republican Party is afraid of a conservative presidential nominee?  Barry Goldwater's landslide defeat.  It's what informs them to this day. 

RUSH:  I'm not sure I heard what I heard.  An elected Democrat won over by this program!

CALLER: I'm no elected official, but you changed me over. 

RUSH: They actually have Romney in a dunce hat on one of their websites. All of you people who had these lofty ideas of who Obama was, how does that work for you now?
