Rush 24/7 Morning Update: Fighting Back

RUSH: Governor Jerry Brown is on a collision course with President Trump and he just raised the stakes by signing a law declaring California a "sanctuary state."

Trump Will Not Let Up on the NFL

RUSH: The Drive-Bys and their agents on the left are used to getting their way. They get to write the narrative of the story; they get to decide who gets punished. They get to decide who gets harmed — and then they're done, on the road, down to the next event to cause the same type of thing. Trump is keeping them at the scene of the crime. Trump is not letting them define things.

Bannon: One Election Isn’t Enough

RUSH: I remember telling everybody, not just before this election, but I did specifically before this, that one election isn't enough. It's just one election. If we win the White House even with the House and Senate, that it doesn't mean that overnight all this stuff is gonna change.

Trump Challenges Rex to an IQ Test! Who Does That?

RUSH: Oh, my friends, I don’t know. I’m sorry. I cannot get upset about it. All I can do is laugh. And the laughter is so needed. And don’t forget, I know the Trumpster, and I know he’s constantly challenging and bragging, and I know how much he loves having people like CNN and NBC and the New York Times running around trying to chase their tails.

Tone-Deaf, Formulaic Liberals Defend Harvey Weinstein

RUSH: The fact that it's a formulaic response and is tone-deaf and may even be hypocritical means nothing in and of itself, other than these people are not as brilliant as everybody thinks. But the real point about it is they aren't innovating. They are not living in 2017 with their policies, their issues, their agenda. They're ripe for defeat, is my point, and this is something that should instill confidence in the people fighting them.

Rush 24/7 Stack of Stuff

RUSH: No longer is this just gonna be a long list of stories that I might mention on the program. Now, you will get specifically the stories that I talk about on the program and a select list of a few others that I intended to get to but ran out of time. It's going to be more of a real-time base feature rather than just a generic list of places that I go to prep the show.
