RUSH: “Black Unemployment Is at the Lowest Level it’s Been in 17 Years.” Subheadline: Donald Trump is doing what Barack Obama never would. Unemployment among black Americans ages 16 years and over fell to 7.5% in May, its lowest level since December 2000.

“Black unemployment has been on the decline since February — falling from (February) 8.1, (March) 8.0, (April) 7.9, and (May) 7.5%, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Unemployment for black Americans has historically hovered below their white counterparts. The Great Recession drove black unemployment near Great Depression-era levels, reaching 16.8% in March 2010.” That’s smack-dab in the middle of the first term of Barack Hussein O.

“In August 2011, Congresswoman Maxine Waters called the black unemployment rate ‘unconscionable.'” We’ll now be waiting on her comments about how Trump has helped blacks in that regard. Oh wait, Trump’s not gonna get any credit for it, but I’m just pointing out during the Trump presidency black unemployment is at its lowest level in 17 years. It’s one of these you gotta whisper, “Don’t tell anybody. Could really make people mad.”
