RUSH: Elizabeth Warren wasn’t afraid to say what Democrats stand for, and it's basically they're not left-wing enough. They have to go further left if they have a chance of winning, which means they don't have a chance of winning.
RUSH: You have to love yourself to one degree or another. Nobody else will if you don't. It doesn't mean you have an off-putting personality or you're arrogant or any of that. It just means that you take yourself seriously.
RUSH: This was a guy named Phil Mudd. He's a CNN counterterrorism analyst. And he warned that President Trump is agitating the government, saying during a Thursday afternoon interview last week with CNN anchor Jake Tapper that the U.S. government, quote, "is going to kill this guy," close quote.
RUSH: The Democrat Party has been the party of identity politics. And when you do that, when you pick victims — and virtually everybody in the country except one or two different groups is a victim — what's the end result of this?
RUSH: We will get rid of every outward sign of American evil, as defined by the left. I mean, if there is a restaurant with a Confederate flag logo, we close it. RUSH: The chancellor, the president at UC Berkeley, they just built a $9,000 escape door for the chancellor in the guy's office to escape students who might protest and become violent.
RUSH: I'm gonna tell you this. It isn't gonna be over. This is not gonna stop, the haranguing. And what does that mean? It means even though the president gave these groups that have been bellyaching the exact words they want to hear, they're not going to stop, which means they're actually after something else. And whatever it is, it isn't peace, and it isn't justice, and it isn't freedom, and it isn't tolerance in America.
RUSH: This incident has nothing to do with Trump, it has nothing to do with the Republican Party, and it has nothing to do with conservatism. What it does have to do with is a minority of sick people drawn to sick fringe groups. White supremacists and the Nazis and the extremist far-left Antifa deserve each other. They're bound by hate. They're both bound by racism, yet pretend they have nothing in common.
RUSH: No longer is this just gonna be a long list of stories that I might mention on the program. Now, you will get specifically the stories that I talk about on the program and a select list of a few others that I intended to get to but ran out of time. It's going to be more of a real-time base feature rather than just a generic list of places that I go to prep the show.
