RUSH: How can it be that students need ID to get free college money while liberals argue they don’t need ID to vote? Hmmm?
CALLER: I am a blogger — I'm a political blogger — and I wrote over 200 blogs for this man, for President Trump, in favor of him, on what he campaigned on. And what I'm seeing these past couple weeks, you know, I voted for Team Bannon. I did not vote for the president's daughter; I did not vote for Jared Kushner — two Democrats.
RUSH: It's insider-outsider. I'm not establishment, therefore I don't rate, I don't count in her world. That's what that means. Pure and simple. It's a badge of honor for me, don't misunderstand.
RUSH: This story has many of the knee-jerk ingredients that make the media breathless with excitement. And so they can't let it go, because it offers an opportunity to characterize certain aspects of America that they politically oppose or disagree with. But, again, this is not to exonerate United. United did what it did and they ordered what happened to happen and so forth. There are consequences to that.
RUSH: I just saw a story here that PMSNBC has now got twice the audience of CNN at night. Yeah, prime time. Of course, if you take CNN out of the airports, what do they have?
CALLER: I go to sleep at night and sleep really well knowing that he's my president.
RUSH: TIME magazine, the cover story on the second most powerful man, the shadow presidency, and Saturday Night Live doing the same thing. And I said what they’re trying to do here, trying to tick off Trump. They’re trying to get to Trump’s ego.
RUSH: I ask you to think back to the campaign, what did Donald Trump say about ISIS? He said we're gonna take 'em out. We've had a bunch of pansies and wussies that haven't had a serious moment about it. I'm gonna get together with my military people, we're gonna come up with a plan, we're gonna wipe 'em out. It's only because we got a bunch of stupid leaders that we haven't wiped 'em out yet.
RUSH: The Chinese are not gonna risk everything that they have done: succeeded in economic progress, military might. They're not gonna risk all of that in siding with the North Koreans over us. In fact, they're gonna do everything they can to make sure the North Koreans don't do anything but keep missing.
RUSH: When I say he's not ideological — and I'll explain that again — he's not a conservative, and he's not a liberal. He knows what both things are. It's just not how he looks at the world, and it's not how he sees people. Now, to some people that's refreshing and it's good. To other people, it's alarming.
RUSH: No longer is this just gonna be a long list of stories that I might mention on the program. Now, you will get specifically the stories that I talk about on the program and a select list of a few others that I intended to get to but ran out of time. It's going to be more of a real-time base feature rather than just a generic list of places that I go to prep the show.
