RUSH: Well, the Democrat National Committee’s Deputy Chairman is doing what the rest of the party won’t. Minnesota Democrat Keith Ellison is putting the blame for Democrat losses at the feet of Barack Obama.
RUSH: This is utter and complete irresponsibility on the part of all of these news agencies all over the world reporting this. And they're doing it — in France it could be two reasons. It could be that they already fear that this Macron guy is actually gonna lose, which is contrary to the conventional wisdom in the reporting. Or they are trying to actually sabotage Le Pen by accusing her of being allied with Russia so that she does not get sufficient votes. It's one of those two things.
RUSH: The Barracuda straight-leg jeans are for people who want to pretend like they have been working hard, who want to pretend that they've been out there getting down and dirty in the mud and the dirt and in the soil and doing real menial work.
RUSH: Look, this is why Bernie Sanders is the most popular Democrat around. He is the only Democrat that doesn't go out and make big speeches to banks. When he rails against them, he means it, and to a lot of the Democrat Party, he's the top dog right now. The Democrat Party's in a world of hurt.
RUSH: Oh, by the way, I should point out, it isn't bias. No, no, no. No, no, no. The media is telling us, no bias. It's not that. That's what the conservatives always say, but it isn't bias. It's groupthink. (laughing) Well, what causes the groupthink?
Take This Threat of a Government Shutdown and Cram It Up the Orifices of Every Democrat’s Body We Can Find
RUSH: Are we never gonna deal with this? Are we never gonna take this government shutdown and cram it up every orifice in every Democrat's body we can find once and for all? Are we ever gonna take this government shutdown and put it where it don't shine? Just once is all it would take to cram it right down their throats, or any other orifice that happens to be handy.
Leftist NYU Provost: “Freedom of Speech Does Not Mean a Blanket Permission to Say Anything Anybody Thinks”
RUSH: How are you expected to counter propaganda, for example, without freedom of speech? How are you able to combat lies and distortions and misrepresentations without freedom of speech? If only certain speech is sanctioned by government, well, then you will not have a free nation for long. And that is precisely what is happening on college campus.
RUSH: Normally on most outlets, after the election, particularly such a fevered election as the one we had, there's a natural drop-off as the intensity of the moment fades away. That has not happened here. It is as intense as ever and is continuing to expand, and we thank you very much.
RUSH: I've gone through this drill for so many years now I get blue in the face. But this opening paragraph in this story: "Trump pursuing a drastic cut in the corporate tax rate, a move likely to grow the national debt." The corporate tax rate in this country is so high that there is I don't know how many trillions of dollars not even in this country because the companies that have earned it keep it offshore to avoid paying that tax rate.
RUSH: Algore and his group is asking the governments of the world to give him $15 trillion, him and his group. That's what they're asking for. They're making no bones about it.
RUSH: The Harvard researcher is suggesting the second copy blows to hell the whole premise of federalism and establishes an all-powerful command-and-control one unitary central governing authority. And the states, to hell with 'em, all because in this copy the signers did not group themselves by state nor are the states from which they hail mentioned.
RUSH: If Trump does cave — and I use the word “cave” guardedly — Democrats seem to have successfully used this stupid, silly threat of a government shutdown to get their way. What Trump is saying is, “If we need to get this done, then I’ll delay the spending on the wall until September.”
RUSH: No longer is this just gonna be a long list of stories that I might mention on the program. Now, you will get specifically the stories that I talk about on the program and a select list of a few others that I intended to get to but ran out of time. It's going to be more of a real-time base feature rather than just a generic list of places that I go to prep the show.
